Our booking system sends out a confirmation email and text 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. You also have the availability of cancelling your appointment online as long as cancellation is made 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, will be charged 30% of the service fee. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full service fee. We understand life events happen and some situations truly are out of our hands. However we do ask to try and make it on time to your appointment. We offer a 10 minute grace period and try to work with our clients as best as we can. However if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to forfeit your appointment and charge your card on file, for half of the service. Please call to let us know of an ETA. We require deposits for some of our services, or promotions. All deposits are non refundable. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you are unhappy with your service. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. In the case that you are not satisfied, we have a 72 hour window to fix any issues at no extra cost. If you fail to let us know after the 72 hour grace period, we can not guarantee to fix any issues at no additional cost. For optimal results, we ask for you to come in with no makeup, mascara-free and clean lashes. We recommend to avoid using water-proof mascara at least 2 - 3 days before your appointment. Lashing is tedious and time consuming, we account for every minute, please give yourself enough time.
